Amerencio can notify users when important policy documents change, including privacy and terms updates.

How users are informed
Important updates can be sent through:
- account notifications
- email messages
- links to the latest policy pages
- clear references to the affected documents
Why updates matter
Policy updates help users understand changes in account handling, privacy requests, analytics, payments, Studio services, and API access.
What users should do
Open the notification, review the linked policy page, and contact Amerencio if a change affects an active subscription, project, API integration, or privacy request.
Admin process
Admins can queue policy update messages so large batches of users are handled by background jobs instead of blocking a single browser request.
